Each K Y Y O T E piece is made-to-order with great care and we want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn merchandise within seven 7 days of your receipt of order for an exchange or refund of the cost of your order, less shipping.
To exchange an item or request a refund, please send an email to info@kyyote.com within 7 days of your receipt of your order, and include your invoice number. We will contact you with instructions for returning the order to us. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging before the exchange or refund will be processed. You must insure all returns, as we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All jewelry pieces are guaranteed. If there is a problem with your piece, and it is not due to normal wear & tear (or personal misuse), contact us within 30 days. We'll repair or replace your item free of charge. If you have damaged your jewelry and would like us to repair or refinish it, we will gladly fix it up, good as new, for a nominal cost.
