KYYOTE pieces are handcrafted, and made from a variety of natural and one-of-a-kind materials. As leather, quill, feather and natural materials are inherently unique, there may be subtle differences between the product's photo and the piece you receive.

SHIPPING

ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THEIR ORDER DATE (or possibly sooner!) Each piece of KYYOTE jewelry is custom made at the time your order is placed, and each purchase is processed in the order in which it was received. A rush shipment may be available for an additional fee, please contact us for further details and availability.

USA & CANADA

All orders are shipped from Montréal, QC Canada, at no charge (FREE!) . Orders totaling over $150 (before tax) will be upgraded to express shipping. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or federal holidays.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped via priority mail international. Shipping rates are $12 (USD) flat rate to Mexico, and $15-20 (USD) to all other countries depending on the item(s) ordered. Priority shipping takes approximately 10-14 business days. Shipment progress can be tracked with a provided tracking number. We cannot estimate or cover taxes or duties on international shipments. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds on shipping costs.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Each KYYOTE piece is made-to-order with great care and we want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of order for an exchange or credit, less shipping (buyer is responsible for shipping fees).

To exchange an item, please send an email to info@kyyote.com within 14 days of your receipt of your order, and include your name and order details. We will contact you with instructions for returning the order to us. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging before the exchange will be processed. You must insure all returns, as we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages.

If there is a problem with your piece, and it is not due to normal wear (or personal misuse), contact us within 30 days. We'll repair or replace your item free of charge. If you have damaged your jewelry and would like us to repair or refinish it, we will gladly fix it up, good as new, for a small cost. Contact us for details: info@kyyote.com

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, all transactions are processed through PayPal or Stripe which use the latest anti-fraud technology.
